Application field of thick-walled double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipe
The thick-walled double-sided submerged arc welded spiral pipe is mainly made of hot-rolled coil plate and medium-thick plate. The thick-walled spiral pipe is made of double-sided submerged arc welder technology. The wall thickness of the thick-walled spiral pipe is slightly thicker than that of the common spiral pipe. Compared with ordinary wall thickness spiral pipe, it has the advantages of high compressive strength, high impact strength, high safety performance and longer service life. According to the current domestic and foreign market demand, the following industries are mainly applied:
1. Oil and gas pipelines, which mainly use high-end thick-walled spiral welded pipes, such as the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project, generally implement the standard GB/T9711-2011 PSL1.
2. Machining, the industry has high requirements for the straightness and non-roundness of large diameter straight seam steel pipe, such as the use of road machinery and chemical equipment.
3. Engineering structure, the industry mainly uses medium and low-end thick-walled spiral steel pipe, such as railway station, subway, gymnasium and other large-scale pipe truss projects.
