Haicheng Liaohe Large Steel Tube Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and an area of 100,000 square meters. It is a modern and standardized large enterprise specializing in the production of spiral steel tube, heat preservation pipe, steel-plastic composite and three-layer PE (3PE) pipe. The factory is located in Tiexi Economic Development Zone, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province.

At present, there are 456 employees in the enterprise, including 52 technicians of high and intermediate quality, and six spiral steel pipe production lines. The production specifications are DN200-DN4020 spiral steel pipe with a wall thickness of 5 mm-32 mm. The annual production capacity is 250,000 tons, three prefabricated direct-buried heat preservation pipe production lines and several advanced heat preservation repair equipment. The production specifications are DN50-DN1600, the annual production capacity is 1000 km, and four steel-plastic composite pipes. All products are in accordance with the national standard GB/T9711-2011, the Ministry of Petroleum standard SY/T5037-2000, and the city construction standard CJ/T114-2000. Products are widely used in petroleum, natural gas, thermal pipe network, chemical industry, gas, pulp, brine, electricity, irrigation, piling and other projects. Relying on Angang, Bengang and Tangshan Steel, the company has sufficient raw materials and geographical advantages.
